Will I know the ride price before I book?
The ride price from point A to point B that you will pay is the price that you booked from the app. Waiting time charges apply as indicated in our terms and conditions viewable here.
Are there any cancellation charges?
There are no cancellation charges whatsoever. Once you book, the pick up and destination are locked together with the ride price. You are free to cancel the ride indefinitely or to effect a change in the date and time with no cancellation fees being applied.
What happens to my trip if there are flight delays?
When booking on the eCabs App and adding Malta International Airport as the pick up, you will be prompted to enter your flight number. Do fill in this detail, as our system monitors all arrival and departure flights. Your driver will be there waiting for you at the right time.
