Customer Relations Executive


Report to: Company Directors

Job Summary:
In tandem with the Management Team, the customer relations executive is
responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining a long-term relationship with account holders
and maximising sales opportunities within them.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to customers including
    handling of complaints
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Communicate clearly the progress of quarterly/ annual initiatives to internal stake holders
  •  Forecast and track key account metrics

 

Qualifications & Assets:

  • Detail oriented, strong analytical abilities and able to multi-task
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast moving environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills – outgoing, confident and able to engage positively with all types of customers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent listening, negotiating and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Advanced Excel skills
